Straighten Your Crown Sis Women Conference
Our annual Women's Conference to encourage and empower women healing from abuse, addiction, mental illness, low self-esteem and many more topics. The first conference launched last year in 2022 and more than a dozen women attended and received gift bags with crowns and other gifts. There were also only 200 views of the conference.
Domestic Violence Awareness Initiative
Since 2021, WOVORG hosts an annual Domestic Violence conference with DV Activists speakers. Training in DV includes, what DV is and where to seek help if needed. At least 30 attendees participate and 200 online views.
Community Outreach
Traveling "Bags of Hope" Homeless Program
Since 2020, each month WOVORG has distributed 100
bags of personal care items and lunches to the homeless. By partnering with other organizations, we are able to serve communities in Stockton, the Bay Area, Solano and Contra Costa Counties.
The care packages includes, sandwich, chips, bottled water, hand sanitizer, (while supplies last) and more.
Toys For Tots
Since 2019, WOVORG has distributed 1000+ toys during the Christmas toy giveaway to children in need.
